How I employ this practice?

Chronemics is the study of how people perceive and manage time and it plays an important part in how we communicate and interact with others. In a professional setting, effective time management reflects respect for others, reliability, and the ability to handle responsibilities under pressure.

Becoming more aware of how I use my time has significantly improved my productivity, organization, and overall presence. I’ve learned to value arriving on time, planing ahead, and not procrastinating as much. Over time, I’ve incorporated a variety of tools to help me stay on track, including Notion, a physical planner, and Google Calendar. Each of these has supported me in different ways, from more long term planning to daily task management, helping me build habits that support my academic and professional growth.
