being ready—mentally, emotionally, and practically for what’s ahead.
How I employ this practice?
Using a planner has really helped me be more prepared and become more organized. Over the course of the year, I have used the notion app and the notes app on the phone, and a physical planner. I have found that the physical planner works the best for me, however, I still use a digital planner to organize upcoming events and assignments. I feel like for everyday use the physical planner works best for me. I also think a to do list in my physical planner works way better for me then structuring every hour of the day. Using a planner has helped me stay organized, manage my time more effectively, and take active steps toward my goal of becoming a physician. Below, I’ve included images that show how my use of planners has evolved and supported my growth throughout my journey to physicanhood.
